The brief: Help my local Yoga studio promote their new strength studio next door and refresh the feel of their socials with new photos and videos. Lean on their approachable ethos to welcome fitness newbies, and show existing members how strength training can improve their Yoga practice. Create Reels spotlighting their expert teachers and show why they’ve been a pillar of the Catford community for the last 8 years.

I built a strong social presence for this early-stage Femtech startup and nurtured the LD’s highly engaged community. I establish the foundations of The Lowdown’s fun and punchy TOV, while cementing ourselves as trusted experts and #1 on the internet for contraception info.

Freelance Social Media Strategy & Management, 2025

I consulted on strategy to reboot @dropboxdesign’s online presence, sharing what makes their Design teams tick, campaign BTS, and tips to inspire creativity. I mapped out content calendars, created graphic design briefs, wrote caption copy, and interviewed internal team members to generate content.

Beavertown Brewery

PR Manager, 2019 - 2020

Leading on PR in Beavertown’s scale-up stage was a dream role. I managed the wonderful social media & PR assistant and mainly worked on strategy, occasionally dipping my toe back into content creation.

For Beavertown's 8th Birthday Celebration I produced, shot and edited a short film documenting the collaboration brew days between the Beavertown team and visiting breweries. Tap the thumbnail below to watch 👇

For the launch of Beavertown's Super Session IPA, Nanobot, I wrote the script for an interactive 'Choose Your Destiny' style game, designed for Twitter. Working with the Creative Director, we created a storyboard and collaborated with an external animation agency to bring it to life.
